			<description><![CDATA[ G wasn&#39;t a biter until Alek started biting about a year ago I guess... then she picked it up from him. And I bit her once and even though I didn&#39;t
agree with that, she was old enough where I first explained we shouldn&#39;t bite. And then I said biting hurts. And then I bit her (pretty gently) and said
something like &#39;see, this is not nice, it hurts to get bit.&#39; Etc. It worked for a while but Alek still bites... the problem is that Alek is a stealth
biter but G is very verbal... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ We haven&#39;t gotten to where I am about to say but believe me I am not far from it... my kids&#39; weights are 75% but I have tried to be mindful because
I&#39;ve been overweight my whole life... I was probably like Jordanne, not &quot;fat&quot; but just a little heavier than the other kids. But I was shorter
too. So let&#39;s say maybe 10 lbs over the weight of my peers at most in 7th grade (I was 11, wearing size 12 kids clothes, I was 85 lbs)

looking at Wednesday and my intervals will be 90/120 (three workouts like that), so goal will be Wed, Fri, Sun at that pace... I also looked down the whole
c2k, and see by week 9 I will be able to jog 3 miles. Wow. Each one of these workouts are not easy but they are doable... and if I can be running 3 miles in a

over the next few years, 140ish by 1995, then up to 185 in 1996 and then got down to 170 in Feb 1997 after 4 weeks on the Zone Diet. My mom and I did WW in
1998 I think and I got down to 155 and stayed there for a bit, couldn&#39;t get any lower even though I was still doing WW... ]]></description>
