Not the better business bureau... that stands for bowl of bugs for breakfast. 
Which I almost had this morning when I poured my bowl of cereal.
I poured the cereal and then like every other mom I got tied up with some other things for about 5 mins and then went back to my bowl and there were small icky bugs on the side of the bowl.
I said "Eww there are bugs in my cereal"
Gabrielle says "You don't want to eat bugs! Maybe you should find something to eat without bugs?" Yes, she's Captain Obvious at times
I showed Alek the bugs in the bowl and then moved over to show Gabrielle, and they had fallen back into the cereal... disappeared sort of. So it's a good thing I was caught up for a moment this morning or I would have eaten those little bastards since they pulled such a good disappearing act.
I have no idea what kind of bugs or where they came from.
Never found any bugs in my food here other than flour bugs (which I think happens a lot of
places?)
